- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
Property Access
- AWD/4WD is recommended year round, and chains may also be necessary in times of snow or ice. The driveway is steep gravel. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
Policies and Rules
- Pets are welcome for an additional rent of $25/night. Two mature, trained dogs only. Pets other than dogs are not permitted.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking allowed.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- Minimum age: 25 years.
- Children allowed.
- No events allowed.
Fees and Payments
- Pets are welcome for an additional rent of $25/night. Two mature, trained dogs only. Pets other than dogs are not permitted.
- Firewood may be added by reaching out more than a week in advance. Two wrapped bundles and a firestarter are provided for $25/night.
- All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
Cancellation Policy
- Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
- Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit.
- Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.

- Next to the home is a covered parking area for one car.

- There is not a dishwasher at the home.
- The kitchen includes standard utensils and cooking basics.
- There is a starter set of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. These items are generally enough for one or two nights.
